Leukaemia Care - 'Spot Leukaemia' Wednesday, 18 October, 2023 Great to meet with Leukaemia Care and be made aware of their new campaign 'Spot Leukaemia' to help people recognise the symptoms of Leukaemia. Really important that we are all aware of, and that health professionals are training on, how to spot the signs.
Visiting Caldicot Castle Sunday, 15 October, 2023 I had a great afternoon at Caldicot Castle & Country Park watching my eldest son play football and walking our dog. Such beautiful grounds and walk around this impressive Castle, I would highly recommend it.

20mph Protests Wednesday, 27 September, 2023 It was great to join protestors outside the Senedd and listen to their concerns about Welsh Labour’s barmy blanket 20mph. Welsh Labour are intent on hammering motorists during a cost of living crisis. It’s clear the public don’t want or need this. Wales deserves better.
