It was fantastic to enjoy delicious cake & tea at The Raglan Community Cafe, with Cllr Penny Jones this morning.

The Cafe is a great community asset, and a welcoming hub for all.

It’s always lovely to see it busy on a Friday.

It was great to join Family Fund in their celebrations in the Welsh Parliament. 

Family Fund have been providing invaluable support for families raising disabled or seriously ill children and young people for the past 50 years.

A big thank you to them!

Welsh Labour’s priorities are all wrong. Changes to the school year should NOT be a priority, when Welsh Labour have:

Good to speak with ITV Wales on why Welsh Labour are wrong to be proposing changes to the school year, at a time when there far more pressing issues. Labour have cut the education budget, failed to recruit teachers and schools are unable to cope financially with rise in ALN.

I enjoyed an excellent and informative visit to Gwent Police new HQ.

I listened in on and learnt about the process of emergency calls, which has improved drastically, as well as going out on patrol!

Fantastic Christmassy afternoon at Morris's of Usk Garden Centre and Food Hall It was buzzing with people and activity on their “taster day”

It was great to hold a joint political surgery with hardworking Newport Conservative Councillor, Cllr Chris Reeks at the Fourteen Locks Canal Centre and Dadford Tea Room.

It was great to host a Macmillan Coffee Morning this November! Thank you so much to everyone that can along and supported our coffee morning to raise money for the fantastic charity Macmillan Cancer Support.

This week I questioned the Education Minister on his failure to attract and train Welsh Medium teachers.

We have new Welsh Medium schools being built, without the teachers to fill them.
